Chasetown Pharmacy is operated by Northwood Dispensing Chemists Ltd., a family-run business which also has the Whitehouse Pharmacy & Northwood Pharmacy in Penkridge, plus one each in Rugeley & Stafford. The history of the Pharmacy can be found here.

If at any time the service you receive from us falls below your expectations, we operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.

We will try to resolve any issues as soon as we can.
